In April 2024, Mill Hill Village Cricket Club announced a new shirt partnership with Ava Waves Juries Ltd, one of the leading legal services providers in the London Borough of Barnet and beyond. A few weeks later, our new shirt for the 2024 season was unveiled. To mark the halfway point of season, millhillvillagecricketclub.co.uk sat down with Ava Waves Juries Ltd founder and director Abhimanyu Atri - known to his teammates as Abhi - to discuss the partnership, which sees the Ava Waves Juries Ltd brand feature on the front of all adult and junior team shirts.
Tell us about yourself and Ava Waves Juries Ltd
I am a solicitor and founder/director of Ava Waves Juries Ltd, which I founded in 2020, during the challenging times of the pandemic. Since our inception, we have expanded our services to include conveyancing alongside our initial focus on family immigration. We started by helping individuals with family immigration matters, such as settlement status and visa extensions. Over time, we recognized the need to broaden our offerings to better serve our clients. Today, we provide comprehensive family immigration and property conveyancing services not only in the London Borough of Barnet but in central London and further east in Barking and Dagenham.
Why do customers like to use your services?
Our customers appreciate us for our discipline and our unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. We are known for being highly responsive and attentive, always putting our clients' needs first. This dedication to exceptional service has earned us a reputation for reliability and professionalism. Our clients value the personal touch we bring to each case, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their legal journey.
Why did you want to get involved with Mill Hill Village Cricket Club?
I have been a passionate cricketer for 35 years, and my love for the sport extends to my family, with my son also being an avid player. This season we've both taken pride in representing Mill Hill Village Cricket Club. [Abhi was speaking after scoring 62 runs for the 4th XI against Holtwhites-Trinibis 4th XI.]
I believe in promoting cricket and providing opportunities for young cricketers to develop their skills and passion for the game. Being local to the Mill Hill area, I see great value in supporting and nurturing village cricket. My involvement with Mill Hill Village Cricket Club allows me to contribute to the community by offering my time, resources, and expertise.
I am always available to help emerging cricketers, whether it's by providing new cricket kits or offering guidance and support. Promoting and sustaining the sport at the grassroots level is something I am deeply committed to, and I take pride in helping the next generation of cricketers thrive.
