In 2022, MHVCC 2nd XI were crowned champions of Division 8B, winning 14 of 18 matches. The 2s currently play in Division 7E in the Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League. All-rounder Shiban Sayed took over the captaincy from James O'Sullivan in 2024. In 2025, Hamdard Jan Temori took over the captaincy as Sayed joined the 1st XI.
