Our popular Cricket Week is back, starting with four Herts Cricket League fixtures on Saturday, July 12, including home fixtures for our 1st and 3rd XI sides, both chasing promotion in their respective divisions.
Sunday, July 13 sees two more adult fixtures, including a home fixture for our Development & Friendly XI.
Cricket Week's midweek action starts on Wednesday, July 16 with a 40-over friendly fixture against Old Minchendenians, starting at 1pm.
Thursday, July 17 sees our annual Chairman’s XI vs Friendly XI fixture, usually a well-attended affair with Mill Hill Village Sports Club Chairman and 1s all-rounder Sam Smith handpicking his own XI.
Also well-attended will be our annual memorial game in honour of colts founder Ron Bunning on Friday, July 18 taking on Paddington CC. This year marks the 23rd anniversary of the memorial match, and supporters are urged to come and cheer on their teams. Pictured above is Ron Bunning’s son Chris with Dinesh Johnson, captain of the victorious 2024 MHVCC Friendly XI.
